Everybody keeps forgetting that we're still living through this thing. Comparing COVID-19 to the Spanish Flu doesn't make sense at least so far as determining risk. This is still the very beginning...and since we've advanced technologically you'd expect better outcomes.

Testing capacity continues to expand every day but the positive infection rate keeps going up - Florida is about to surpass new York at its peak in terms of daily infections.

Hopefully deaths don't spike because we've prepared more but it's not looking good if Arizona just put in a request for 500 medical workers from the Executive.

And then you have the Lt governor out of Texas saying Fauci is wrong. Amazing.

facts don't matter to some people

the first part of the virus, okay, that could be excused, but there is no excuse for this. we know how to handle and defeat it, and yet, we do not do so.

generations ago american put their mind to it and solved the problem of european barbarism that plagued this world. we kept on working together and we claimed the moon for america for all time. now? we can't even bring ourselves to tell people to wear masks outside to save the lives of fellow americans and beat a simple virus.

and like TR says in my signature, americans only learn from catastrophe. and here we are

Convalescent Blood Plasma Therapy is an old technique and this has been called for months and months ago. Don't know about efficacy.
