Liz Truss did a complete u turn.
isn't that a great way to start? get hired to do a job, the figurehead boss dies immediately and then you f**k everything up within a week, then say no no no, we won't do that. it finally dawned on lizzy (and the backbenches) that they live in the UK and not the US and there isn't a limitless demand for UK debt
in a hopefully last gasp of monarchism, mostly because it would be hilarious, I do hope Charles decides you know what Lizzy? get f**k I'm dissolving parliament. it would be so Cavalier, such a King Charles thing to do

I doubt the tories will be re-elected. Their last win was due to traditional labour voters voting for Boris because they wanted Brexit enacted (for whatever reason).
Truss and Kwarteng's flirtation and spectacular fail with Thatcheristic trickle down economics (tax breaks for the rich!) has brought those traditional labour voters back.
The only success conservatives will have in the anglosphere this year will be in the US midterm elections when the Republicans take the house and most likely the senate.
This will have a flow on effect of ending Bidens presidency (impeachment??), paving the way for Trump v2.0 and removing any shred of global dignity the US ever had.
