I've been pretty impressed with 4K TV's I've seen. Going to hold out for more content. Might go 4K on next PC monitor, though. Kinda waiting for MS to work proper Windows UI scaling into it first.

I think online education with proctored exams is going to become huge. Many universities now have online programs and the tests re taken at a proctor site. This cuts the costs in half and allows more flexibility allowing for people to work and go to school at the same time.

I feel sorry for those who don't get the "college experience" of a 4 year university. Its a blast.

The “Heartland Monitor Poll” by the National Journal and Allstate last September showed that only 20 percent of Americans expected today’s children to have more opportunities to get ahead than their parents had, while 45 percent expected them to have fewer. That was the most downbeat finding since the poll first broached the question in 2009.

Even the boomers finally realize it.
