I do hope that the book you referenced takes into account that people will generally make correct educated guesses on available info. For example people will use WebMD to figure out if they need to see a doctor, but wont assume they are more informed than a doctor. If it doesnt value the individuals ability to process a logical conclusion, the book is likely just another bible to the alter of authority.
