I read it. I just deleted it because it doesn't effect my position at all.
I'm cool with ammo controls. My proposal a while back was that each person who owns a gun is allotted 10 rounds. That's sufficient for home protection. If you want to buy more, you need to account for where those 10 rounds went.
You can buy and expend ammo at gun ranges so as to become proficient with your weapon. But no ammo can be taken off the range.
