Call it a "gut" feeling. I understand it perfectly, politicians complain when there isn't anything to complain about. It's how they get elected. The genuine nature of the complaint is irrelevant. But this many politicians from both parties complaining about their opposition as well as their disagreeable members suggests to me we might see movement especially considering the multiple bills out there by all parties invloved. Everybody can point at something and say "I accomplished this" or "they made us do that." It's just about generating enough obfuscation so that they can count on reelection in their districts.
