I think that's an obvious violation of the laws of war but I guess centcom does it anyway. It clear you need to provide a warning but all the human rights groups say one wasn't given. Obama is a war criminal, but I still wouldn't pull the trigger and I think any order to do so would be in violation of our own rules. I'm not bombing a hospital.
