B, because it's a shameless, transparent ploy to change the narrative and exploit servicemen/veterans.

As I pointed out: this whole fauxrage thing about veterans lasted all of two seconds before Palin/Cruz and their rabid followers got down to what they're really there for: Obama the Muslim, put down the Koran, waving confederate flags, calling for his impeachment.

They can't even keep up the charade for two seconds, why should I entertain for a moment longer?

I guess at this point I should remind everybody what happened last election. After that debacle, most people thought the GOP would completely reboot and realize you can't win the election when you alienate everybody except this rabid minority of extremist voters.

Yet not only did that not happen, they literally doubled-down on the crazy. I guess now the idea is to pretend that election never happened, and that they're not only going to take down Obamacare (after 41 attempts) but they're simply going to remove Obama from his elected office via impeachment. For what I have no idea but I'm going to guess Benghazi.

That's a bad sign. That is some serious cray cray. And the fact that you've got the male Sarah Palin, Ted Cruz, as the most visible member of the GOP right now? Dismal.

Dowd wrote a column yesterday about how many are starting to look back fondly on the "moderatism" of the GWBII years. Yikes.

Really? The biggest issue is barricades around memorials? Really?

Just so we're clear here: so the tea party organizes this entire shutdown, then screams bloody murder when it happens even though they conspired to do it, and now they want to be able to dictate to the president what he can and cannot shut down... in their shutdown? Are you freaking serious?

This is beyond surreal at this point.
