I know my insurance premiums have gone up 40% a year for the past two years so I'm just wondering what people think will happen with or without this plan.

Dude, in response to that graph, don't put much stock into it. It was generated by Jon Gruber. Don't recognize the name? He's the man behind the curtain of Obamacare.
I doubt that he has taken into account, in that 80% number who are "keeping their employer plan", the fact that every single employer in the country with more than a few dozen employees is currently looking at their options for hiking premiums for family policies, or dropping coverage for spouses/kids altogether. I know of over a dozen in the New Orleans metro area that have already announced plans for it.
