no, it has nothing to do with if you're a muslim or not. you can ask them 10 questions (or whatever) including the bible or the koran in various questions or das kapital or whatever. the point is there should be extreme amounts of scrutiny applied to each individual, paid for by the individual regardless of admission aside from the X amount of refugees which we will pay for ourselves since we are kind, that works to determine if they are a good candidate.
and you missed the part about how in the koran the muslims migrated to a new place full of non-muslims and killed them all as allah commands: "And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out. And Al-Fitnah [disbelief or unrest] is worse than killing."
