When the cameras are gone, the poverty will remain. Millions of dollars have been pumped in with essentially little or no results. Could be poverty is just part of the human evolution where personal profit is God. Btw, did you see all those personal jets at Mc Carran airport for the May/ Pac fight? A kings ransom paid to kick some ones ass.

i think it's fair that we need to start by critiquing social programs implemented in these areas, and we have to come from the standpoint that they can be entirely wrong. typically we look to it and say "x isn't working" and they don't just cut x and start over but rather increase the money.

the most homeless people in the us is in san fransisco. why? well it's nice out there but even nicer is the most amount of social programs for the homeless. the social programs themselves attract people. now im not saying that baltimore is acting like a flame to moths because of its social programs but staying is easier than leaving. and if leaving was more urgent, if there was a lack of housing and lack of funding, they would seek greener pastures.

how to fix baltimore? i'd start by condemning buildings and demolishing them into piles of rubble

Politicians from the very same party have been forwarding the same failed policies, for the last 50 years. They need to be held accountable, and viable change is needed.

You keep screaming about solutions, and to be honest I don't know any. But, I sure as f**k know what one of the problems is.
