I got a ticket a while back and while it may have been technically a legit ticket, the reasons behind why I got pulled over were not. Or at least so I believe.
I didn't pursue the matter, however, because being in a small town and doing that will make you an easy target for the PD. It doesn't matter if its legal to flip-off cops or not - if you do it, you're going to make yourself a target and they will find ways to harass you.
