C'mon man. Get real. He said "authorize the military to use lethal force within the territory of the United States." Dubbya already did that, on 9-11 he gave the orders to shoot down any hijacked airliners, that's what happened to the plane that crashed in the field. That plane wasn't crashed by the people on board, it was shot down.
