i don't know about you but my family vacations involved driving and camping.

and normally i don't really care what people do, but if a single dollar of federal funds are being used how can they justify them taking any vacations whatsoever at a time when they close the white house to thousands of people who want to see it on their vacations? i think that because of this it actually is, contrary to the WH's claims, of the national interest. not what the obama girls are doing in particualr, but the question on if they are spending us taxdollars. if obama is paying for it himself, then i have no problem with this.

then of course there's the other two obamas, who also have had a few vacations this year. and the vice president. i'm not saying that they don't deserve time off. i am questioning the wisdom in f**k over thousands of people's vacations to score some political points about the sequester (which is a decline in the rate of increase of spending, not a cut) while they go golfing with celebrities. he could be playing bioshock infinite during his time off instead
