so she signed this (which also would apply if she had a boyfriend) and she has to deal with it.

how is it the judge's fault when he reads the clause in there that she signed up to and sees she is violating the terms of her divorce that she agreed to? it would be wrong of him NOT to do exactly what he did. ridiculous. and to suggest he resign? what the f**k, seriously learn to read. what do you want, a world where judges go off of feelings instead of the law? you want the law changed, talk to the state legislature or to the people. you put that shit on a judge for doing his job? what the f**k

The problem here does indeed seem to be the "morality" clause, not the judge who merely enforced the agreement. I don't know who put that clause in there, but it seems fairly ridiculous to me. Why would anyone agree to limit themselves like that after the divorce ? Are they supposed to remain single forever ?
