I watch them all the time on my espn feed online that comes out of Arkansas... you can tell politicians generally believe that midwesterners are of significantly lower intelligence than the rest of the country, and the commercials are geared accordingly...

Let's consider the proposition of your OP...

Obamacare won't cover millions. Once we've seen this headline, we need to consider the ramifications of the statement and how people will interpret it. Many a smart people will choose to ask "why?" Or "how?" These people will want answers. The implications of your statement suggest that the act itself is failing in its objective as a direct result of fault that lies outside Republican blame.

Upon reading your link, we find that your suggestion is without merit and wholly disingenuous. That's to say, your OP is meaningless in its current incantation and entirely innaccurate in its interpretation of the NY Times article. The only thing you have trouble grappling, is the way in which states govern themselves (Which is in itself hilarious given your presupposed knowledge of a federalist government or at least something closer to what Republican's tout these days) and apparently being able to read more than the first paragraph of a given online article.
