they are though. there are more women going through and graduating college then men these days, and yet, where are the women engineers? there are some, to be sure, but many of them go be teachers or something like that. almost all my coworkers in my department (engineering) are male. further, women are more likely yo take massive time off for children. ask mo how many women she works with, and ask if she gets paid like a teacher
