Unneccessary Immigration

The nation of immigrants doesn't need immigrants anymore. We are perfectly capable of providing our society with everything it needs without additional human resources from abroad. Quotas for educated and skillful workers, scientists and artists from Europe and Asia will contribute a lot to American nation. They are well-bred and perfectly compatible with our culture and Western social values.
But what's the point of welcoming hordes of third-world refugees? Most of these people know nothing about American life, our standards and our laws. Their kids will never know horrors of Iraqi and Syrian life and will never be grateful to us.

The US still enjoys a relatively low population density. We have enormous potential to grow. And, frankly, our domestic fertility rate is barely positive anymore. The only thing keeping us on the upswing is immigration. Bring 'em on.

Once amnesty or even work permits are issued, the illegals are no longer forced to take menial jobs for small wages. They can line up at the assembly plants and compete for good jobs. Mexicans are generally hard workers. Why wouldn't any production facility hire them, IF they clear e-Verify. Do you know that you cannot refuse to hire an illegal alien if they clear e-Verify? National Origin is a protected class.

Why would we need that? And why would we need poor unskilled people specifically?
