Absolutely. The government needs to eliminate (not just cut back) on welfare benefits. We should be teaching people to be responsible and not enable the irresponsible. Welfare can only encourage laziness in people. The entire system needs to be reformed.

You ought to introduce a guaranteed minimum income and then pay people whether they work or not.

The fraud of the poors is hugely overstated and the fraud done by the elites hugely understated. Clinton already limited eligibility back in the 90's when amending TANF - all those poor people gaming the system is small potatoes compared to the fraud going on by those in the know.
