My personal thought is nothing will change. Climate change denial has been a pillar of GOP membership required to run/win for so long now, I can't believe that the majority is going to somehow reverse itself and now suddenly do an about-face.

So yeah I'm going to go for your "blacklist" option.

I dunno, its hard to tell. Trump is saying quite a few non-Republican things and still polling at the top. Could be the Republican things he says is outweighing the non-Republican though. Rationally, the GOP is going to have to start changing some stances on issues to be electable again, however I just don't know if that is really going to start happening now. I'm kind of hoping Trump's current status in the polls awakens change in the GOP.

I think the GOP will soften the stance. Cleaner energy has become significantly cheaper over the past decade and it's no longer such an economic burden to go green. The GOP doesn't have an ideological stance against climate change, it's only an economic stance.

Still waiting for Manhattan to be flooded. Whats taking so long? BTW my trees and lawn asked me for more CO2 this morning. It was "global warming" wasn't it. Why did you guys rename it "climate change"? Because "climate constant" is less scary? How about "climate cyclical"? Too correct? You fools.

Why is a degree up the end of the world. It will come down and end in an ice age anyway. As it always has.
