The Planned Parenthood angle is what pisses me off. Its a damned tissue of lies, and everyone who actually reads knows it. And yet we have presidential candidates rattling off about it.

Republicans want less abortions, but ban everything that can work towards that goal. Dumbasses.

Yup, Ben nailed it: they don't want abortions, but they don't want easy access to birth control either and they define life as when you have sex so the day after pill is out too.

Somebody else who nailed it last week was Trevor Noah, who said pro-life people are like comic book collectors--"Human life only holds value until you take it out of the package."

I think that description wins the Internet.

Since abortion has been designated a constitutional right, aren't efforts by Republicans to usurp this right wrong? Regardless of their own policy goals, the highest court of the land has spoken.

Is this designed to force clinics to adhere to "modern clinical standards"? How is that only Texas (of all places) would be up to speed on what constitutes "modern clinical standards"?
