the constitution literally says nothing about abortion. so you can literally say you are for the rule of law and the constitution, and be against what the justices erroneously found in Roe, and thus not be in any conflict with those two ideals. to say that in order to be for what the constitution stands for and what it means and then not be able to disagree with anything the justices have said means that you must agree that men can be infallible if they are wearing black robes

this is the proper way to get it overturned, to force the supreme court to reexamine it (or not), since the supreme court in their supreme wisdom decided (wrongly) that this wasn't a state issue. previously you would have had democratic recourse and could get a majority to change a law in a state and modify it. roe stopped that from working.
