the shrieking hysteria of that article notwithstanding, this is not making anyone a second-class citizen. still, i disapprove. i think it goes too far; while i do think that people should be able to discriminate in regards to event participation (people shouldn't be forced to bake for an event they disprove of if they don't want to), this is very different than discriminating against someone for who they are or what they do. electing to not be part of an event that is offensive to you ought be your right
