Didn't the current POTUS encourage a hostile foreign power to hack his opponent's information before implying that gun fanatics should shoot her if she passes legislation they don't like?

Or is that all rhetoric that's meaningless without intent and context? Because a lot of the performative handwringing by conservatives over "threats of violence" from the left don't seem like they're in good faith considering what's happened in the last few years alone.
