while i do think a judiciary OUGHT be independent, i think poland should be able to do as she wants internally in regards to the structure of its own government. i'd tell brussels to f**k off

i think more concerning is going around the procedures for the bill's creation. the Sejm is one of the oldest democratic houses in the world, and three readings of the law are to happen in it. this did not happen. the bill was fast tracked
