They really should have 3 samples, 1 tested there, another tested at a random other lab, and a third for safe keeping, and it should never rely on host country for handling.

and the FSB had quite the operation with the bottles and all that. i wonder if it was because he was travelling alone, leaving his wife and children, that he was let go. or if perhaps he wasn't tailed properly. i don't know, it's just amazing he got out. but i would never underestimate the FSB

from my understanding, the bottles were supposed to be "tamper proof". i mean such a claim does indeed sound like a challenge but you'd think someone else competent would attempt it, meaning they must have had some way of doing it that is unique
