Freedom of speech is one thing, but this guy went out of his way to go onto a tribute page and be an offensive dick in a way likely to upset the parents and friends of the missing girl for no good reason whatsoever. TBH I think that should be against the law.

I'm not entirely convinced that Facebook has the gravitas to be the place where a tribute should be protected by the law.
You are talking about a place where you can have things like 'What muppet are you?' displayed on your page, I'm not entirely convinced that it should be seen as the right place for an online candlelit vigil.
