Honestly, I'm disappointed, not at the result, but with how people acted. I think its perfectly fine to be skeptical and ask questions, but some of you were just flat out mean about it. Completely unnecessary imo.

I mean someone comes here, says they like the atmosphere of the forum and want to expand upon it and you guys jump on him like he's some kind of pedophile. I seriously hope most of you don't act that way in "real life".

I'll leave the thread open until tomorrow morning but the discussion about this is "officially" over.

If I may just add one comment: Thanks to all who did participate and through this thread, I realize that I can't be the one who breaks this forum apart. I can tell that this is a close nit community and that everyone cares for this place. Who am I to change that?

Nonetheless, since I assume I am the asshole here, I don't feel shame for saying what I did. The kid needed to know he was wasting money, and I really didn't like his pitch. I have a totally pathetic amount of feels for this place and the members I've gotten to know over a decade.
