Hello Guys, I thought I would formally introduce myself here.

I'm 32 and serve as a Network staff member for Infusion Network, a web hosting company and a small network of forums.
Our goal is to not only to bring this forum back to it's glory days, but to bring it to it's full potential.

Feel free to post your concerns or comments and I'd love to answer them aswell.

Certainly appreciate Ueber's efforts. But, I agree with him that he only has so much time. I know what it's like to have a job, and a family, and a life, and not have time for other things.

I think that I would support such a move. I'd be interested in hearing about some specific changes that might be made. For instance, how would one make this site more popular? Just advertising and such, or changes within the forum, also?

I believe that more posters would get rid of many of the problems that I have with the site. Mainly, a few people on here feel the need to make personal comments in threads. Insults, even. More posters, and stricter adherence to rules, would curtail this significantly.

on the one hand, fresh perspectives would be nice, but on the other i would be afraid the community would end up diluted. as much as i hate all of you, i've grown to love you as well.

Well, here would be the possible changes.

1. This forum would switch to V bulletin.
2. This forum would add a new feature of having its own radio show in which the members could host,etc.
3. Member Committee: We would establish a member committee: This means, a select few members will work hand and hand with staff on issues, or concerns with the staff.
4. In order to double the size of this forum, we'd possibly merge again with another forum in order to double the size. This is not something that is a set idea, but it is an idea that would be feasible and work.
5. The current admin, Ubermann, could remain admin here If he decided to.
6. A new name.

Well if we merge into my current forum, it would be, Patriotic Voices. My current forum is pretty new.

But, again, that is something, I'd discuss with ubermann first.
