View Active Topics available while logged out

View Active Topics available while logged out

View Active Topics is now visible while logged out of the board. Since the default board theme is Prosilver, it was only changed for this. The other board themes should still work exactly the same and be unchanged.

I also removed the link to Donate while logged out of the board. Seemed a bit needy. :p
