Philly on Moderator Post Approval

Philly is unable to post without moderator approval for a short time after some incidents from today including telling another poster to shut the f up and trying to derail a new thread by the same poster. I know that I am not on as much as I should be but I will make an effort to check a few times an hour for any posts that need approval during normal hours - I too have to sleep sometimes =P

Just an FYI so people know if he doesn't respond for long periods or has a bunch of responses all pop up at the same time, that its from us having to approve.

You should make it so that when Philly posts it appears normal to himself, but doesn't show up for others. Then never tell Philly whether the message was approved. That way he never knows whether his message is still awaiting approval or if no one cares to respond.
