This isn't news, Ueber. They have known about the presence of classified material in her emails for months now.

The issue is proving whether HRC knew about it.

So what! chances are they will do nothing about it anyway. Since the Affluenza fiasco, the credibility of the CJS has been on injured reserve.

Here's the problem. It's NOT that she "had" a private e-mail. Everyone should have separate e-mail addresses. I don't send personal e-mail via my work servers, and vice versa. Furthermore, I have separate e-mails for many of the projects that I'm on. When I was running part of the Superstorm Sandy program, I had a renewjerseystronger.org e-mail. If I sent an e-mail that had to do with that program, it went through that means. If it was for regular work, I used my other e-mail.

However, the problem comes from 2 fronts:
1 - That either she and/or the people around her at some point broke those protocols and sent the wrong information via the wrong channels.
2 - She spoke in absolutes. "Never say never." A much better answer for her would have been, "I highly doubt that any sensitive information was sent. We had strict policies and procedures to ensure that it did not happen. However, I can not recall every single e-mail received and sent. I will cooperate with any inquiry, and will be investigating the matter myself, in order to discover if such a thing occurred, and how to prevent it int he future."

she didn't have a work email though professor. she didn't have a private email for her not-work, and a state email for her work, she only had the private email address. because she's important.

China and Russia probably has everything she received anyway.
