How many countries has the US shipped weapons to who are under a UN embargo?
Nevermind, stupid question. I don't believe in the UN that much, much less their rules. I don't mean this as a blanket statement on any kind of world stage. Just concerning NK and our policies towards them. Basically, the Golden Rule - he who has the gold, makes the rules. We say no weapons to NK, and we can enforce it. So, Nk gets no weapons.
