i would be swayed by evidence, but so far there isn't any that makes wilson look good. if there was, it would have been released by now to try and deescalate the situation.

what we know is the shooting and the robbery, which at this point might not be robbery, are unrelated. so we're left with a cop who apparently tried to detain two teenagers over jaywalking and flew off the f**k handle when they didn't comply.

How many young black men have been shot since the Michael Brown incident and today, and went unreported outside local area of their death? Why? They were shot by other young black men. But on the other hand, some of the cops need to quit acting like Nazi SS storm troopers also.

To be fair, if the officers face just got broken, I can understand how it might take him awhile to catch his bearings and respond to Brown's actions. I can also understand why he would use deadly force to prevent any further contact.

I just want to find out more, and this investigation has been plagued with cop circle the wagon bullshit. Combined with the police response to protests and media coverage, it makes me highly inclined to take the most pessimistic perspective.

Yeah if there were no injuries, I can't imagine a reason for shooting an unarmed person. I'm just going to hold out for the FBI report.
