Actually, we don't. Not in the modern "taxation is theft and government's job is to see to it I get my way" sense. If we did, the documents I quoted a few pages back would not exist.
Whatever the basis of neo-liberalism was, now it means unfettered capitalism ("corporations are people, friend"). Regardless, it is not germane to this thread.
