The prosecutors havent done a good job, at least two of their supposed witnesses seemed to favor the defense. I personally feel that if a prosecutor screws up a huge profile case like this he/she ought to be removed from office the moment the verdict doesnt go their way.

I haven't heard much about this, but I'm assuming that there is a pretty easy way to tell if TM was on top.
If Z was on top when he shot TM, shouldn't there be a bullet hole (and bullet) in the ground? Where is the bullet? Why hasn't the ME testified as to what position TM was in when he was shot?
