I am serious. The penalty for participating in a DDoS attack where there is an articulate communique should be closer to the penalty for sit-down protests and occupy protests and further way from the penalty for using a firearm to commit aggravated robbery.

The Greeks are feeling harm... yes... and I don't support busting heads over money. But that isn't what is required to punish DDoS attackers, which is precisely why I think they should be punished, and held economically liable for the damages they've inflicted upon lawful businesses. Trying to compare what is needed to break-up and punish DDoS attackers and what is needed to break up and punish 60 determined men and women holding out in a factory is completely stupid. Let alone 100,000 spazzing Greeks.
