It's not tyranny. There is recourse - a constitutional amendment.
Again, your basic point is that if an entity (state, person, whatever) disagrees with legal reasoning or feels the reasoning is insufficient, they can "ignore it" until the court provides reasoning that entity finds sufficient.
Again, how far does this go? Is every single entity in America entitled to disobey SCOTUS decisions until the SCOTUS has explained their holding to that individual's satisfaction?
