amendments are open to interpretation. if you accept that you don't have the right to own a nuclear bomb you've already placed a restriction on the second amendment. further restrictions are in line with that mentality. but you made this an issue of rights for smokers. i'm going to assume you're one or were one because i've never heard a non-smoker talk about restrictive smoking policies as if its trampling civil liberties.
