OK, I can understand the guy's utter lack of understanding fertilizer plants and will not call him a complete moron for taking videos, much less with his child. We have one here and have dealt with evacuations. But, FFS, that was a neighborhood that is several miles away from it but at the end of a type of valley situation where the air COULD carry the gas to them. We weren't exactly worried about them getting blown to shit.
What I don't understand is how in the hell they could build near it or build it near a f**k nursing home or much else for that matter? Who the hell approved the construction of the plant or the other buildings? Those things belong out in the middle of nowhere.
