I'm always wary of out-of-the-box solutions that supposedly provide anonymity. The purpose of being anonymous is because you're doing something wrong or just don't want people watching. The best way to keep people away is to do everything yourself. When you start using mass-purpose solutions, you open yourself up for a downfall.
Think about it. Who was perhaps the most successful (meaning, didn't get caught) criminal of our time that we know of? Ted Kaczynski. In fact, he was only caught when he went public.
If you stay private and only rely upon yourself for things, you don't get caught.
