Schools are soft targets due to our fear everything mentality. Until they get over their fear everything mentality, they will remain soft targets.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.

It's funny how in all of these school shootings anti-gun people rant about getting rid of guns, yet its a gun that is used to "neutralize" the suspect.
"Police protection" is an oxymoron. Gun laws are like masturbation, they both feel really good, but after you're done you realize you haven't accomplished anything."

Anti-gun people aren't really anti-gun per se but anti-the-fact-that-any-f**cker-could-get-a-gun-in-the-US.
Sigmund Freud defined four parts of a psyche; the id, the ego, the superego and the stratego. The Stratego being the highest form of morality and scientific thinking.
If guns are not outlawed, the in-laws will have guns.

Felons can't have a gun. That law is almost as effective as having a no fly zone sign at a picnic.
