Posted: Mon Jun 23, 2014 2:53 pmI live in a city and I pay for water/sewer AND garbage pick-up... Some cites around me have it where if you own a house/building with 4 or more apartments in it the city will not pick-up the garbage there anymore.. You have to hire a private garbage removal company..
I can foresee in the near future some cities charging if the cops or fire department makes a call to your house. Some of these cities are flat broke, they are looking for anyway to get a buck.
