Dude, the people starting hellraising in the city, burning gas stations and looting. They had to crack down on the city. What are you talking about harassing black males? Theres been plenty of peaceful protests and violence.

I even saw video of guys looting a Foot Locker running with 5 or 6 boxes of shoes...
