i was always on the fence about this jabroni but i figured he just embellished a little bit. looks like he's way f**k worse than i thought!

One thing that I don't think anyone disputes is this man could shoot. I'm going to look for the movie and give it a viewing.

I plan on watching this movie, but I realize it is very loosely based on reality.

The guy sounds like a nut, but the movie is probably going to be a watch. If its reverential or glorifying, I'll probably be grossed out. If Eastwood handles Iraq the way he did Iwo Jima, I'll be more open minded.

After personally looking at, and then killing a couple hundred people and being celebrated for it (to the point of book and movie deals) you can imagine how he might become.....unbalanced. Hell, just being disassociated enough to be able to keep pulling the trigger like that...sheesh.

you have to be a deranged person to be a sniper, or you'd become one rather quickly. it's one thing to shoot artillery rounds in the distance, or try to blow up a tank, or to shoot at the guy who is shooting at you. it's quite another to pick of people when they aren't looking and you can see when the last time they shaved was
