Well, even if you are vaccinated, you can still get it. In fact, the primary case of this outbreak was traced to a vaccinated person.

I'm NOT saying that the vaccine is ineffective, or causes any side effects. I'm saying, as the medical community is saying, that you need to be vaccinated regularly - once might not cut it.
