No, its just an arbitrary measurement. You could pick from infinite points and define time between any two of them. Doesn't matter.
If past present and future were all real, you couldn't drop the egg off the table and wind up with different states. It would simultaneously be on the table, the floor, and every possible point in between. It would't even be an egg...but a long column of egg-matter that streams from the table to the floor, existing at all points, past present and future, with equal fidelity.
Not that you could observe it...because the light in the room would also be simultaneously existing at every possible location, past present and future.
Reality would be like a camera on an infinite exposure, rather than recording a video.
