I read that on the news...I was like "holy shit! do not f**k with these people."
If we had a full-proof way of determining guilty or innocence this doesn't seem like a bad way to handle things.

If it happens in civilization, yeah that's what is called. People in remote areas don't really have the benefit of courts and stuff.
