why would there be a spike? nothing changed from gadaffi to the new regime. the state owned oil company has been in place for decades. and FYI the majority of libyan oil has gone to europe for decades. the transition changed LITERALLY nothing.

Ya know, is there really any difference here that Syria used chemical weapons? Whether or not its gas, bullets or rockets, they are killing eachother. You can't honestly say those other weapons are "ethical" in any war or battle. Whether or not you live for 40 years with lung cancer or lose a leg in battle, its all the same.
