Wouldn't you rather cut the devs a check instead of middlemen like Gamestop? Imagine if you could purchase a "used" digital game from somebody on XBL, and you just paid a fee of $5 or something. The first buyer pays full price, but others can pay to have that game from that user. Or perhaps a bid/auction system where Microsoft/devs could get a percentage (say, 5% or something hypothetical) of the auction sale for the used game? Then, used games would have a fair market value after the initial purchase.
